thanks SW from SG*
saddened by the narrow minded approach to surfing and all it's variations by nz surfing media i have resorted to the australian take on surfing through great mags like pacific longboarder, australian longboarding and now SW (surfing world), SW's latest edition is so open minded, full of diverse articles on surfers, shapers and their crafts*, the Andrew Kidman articles are a joy to read with simple yet complex images, the article on sage joske is a stand out for me, depth and soul, thank you SW for saving my faith in surf media, SG*

sloppy nz surf media
went to the local mag store to get some surf stoke, sadly the only difference with the latest nz surfing mag from the last hundred issues was the pink text on the cover, get real nz surf mag, not everyone who surfs in NZ rides a toothpick, saddened by the lack of diversity i am no longer a reader of your mag, nz surfing media needs to take a good hard look at what is happening out at the breaks around the country, different people riding different boards in all sorts of conditions, SG*
