What tools have you been using to carve out the concave? I've been using a rotary sander..but I have a short attention span.... and its just not chewing through that ply fast enough...

i raided my dad's shed, i'm using a high speed drill with a flexi rubber sanding disc and a few grades of sandpaper discs but my secret tool is a variable speed box made by my dad who was an electrician, makes for way better control !
hmmm.. i need me a bigger drill..
